Unable to activate licence key

Dear all,

I upgraded my licence key for a perpetual version in the black friday period, on oct 31st

Today I downloaded and installed the latest version.

When I want to activate the installatiuon sw comes with the following errorcode::

"This licence code is not valid for this version

The version I downloaded = Capture,one.win.16.3.3.1813.

I presume that I need an older installeble to go with this licence keys because some new features were added after oct 31st

I tried to locate older downloadebles but could not find them on the internet.

Pse advice

    Older versions are found on the download page, if you scroll down a bit.

    What do you see, when you go to Account->Plans & services management? Your license should be listed there with "Max eligible version" info.

    You are right, Marcin,. it should be 16.3.
    I'll give it another try.

    I could find out that I was eligable to 16.3, fou8nd the download and installed succesfully.
