C1 Download
I am on yearly subscription, had C1 23, could not download 16.3.3, very frustrating !! contacted C1 support was advised to delete 23 and then download 16.3.3, when I go through the process, downloading is normal, signed agreement, when I click on C1 ikon to open I get the following message, I have tried everything, including downloading Trial Version !! now Support has gone quite !!! and I have no Capture One so I can't edit my photos and still paying service, WHAT IS GOING ON

Relax, it's just this time of the year... Did you try any previous versions by the way?

Yes, also trial version, same problems

"Trial version" would be most likely the current, I mean previous, like 16.2 or 16.1 - while I don't know, when you have started your subscription, there were not too many differences between versions to make temporary work on older software an annoyance. Enough to survive until official reply, which unfortunately might be not too soon with almost everyone and everything taking time off.

Thank you for your help Marcin, I have been using C1 since version 6 or was it 7, long time, have tried everything, regret Uninstalling 23, as you say just have to wait
