What version do you have installed? Are you on a subscription or a perpetual licence? Are you trying to install on a new computer - if so, have you deactivated the licence on old computers you are no longer using for Capture One? (You can check how many current activations you have available on your account on the Capture One website, and deactivate any you no longer need.)

I would point out checking, if you are really trying to install/activate version you are licensed for - this is important for perpetuals, as it is possible to make a mistake of downloading the latest version instead of "max eligible version", which is linked in "Plans & services management" section.
