Exporting Panaorma results in faulty (split) image

When exporting a panorama to a jpg, the result is a splitted image. 
I use  a HP PC i4 Quadcore with 32GB Ram and plenty of free disk space. The RAM was not fully used up (somehing like 16 GB was used by C1) while exporting.
Capture One 16.2.2.1813 was used. Scaling down to 40% does not help. However the jpg quickproof options help, however in this case the resolution is very low. 

p.s.: Just found out, that reducing x from 12900 px to 6000px help. However it is a bit sad to loose resolution as it is used for a 4k video where the view goes from the left to the right.
