What was the search term you used?
Your search may have taken you to Beta Forum, if you are not registered as a Beta tester you will likely get this message.

You mean the beta forum is indexed by search engines?

Last term was [capture one reset crop]. Every support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/-page I access from the search result links (now) brings up this same message.

I just tried that search term (Safari Browser on an ipad) and all the links open without errors for me.
I notice that quite a few of the hits have to do with the cultural heritage version, but also some on tutorials.
I’ve no idea why it’s giving you a hard time.

    hey everyone!

some time ago we "archived" certain topics, but these restricted posts still appear in search results.

we're currently working on bringing them back in some form of open archive so that people can find the answers, even if those answers may be outdated. i just have to make a few final touches and everything will be ready pretty soon.

Thanks all for your replies. I suspected the VPN connection but had the same issue without it. Browser doesn't load all (tracking) scripts but turning these on don't change anything either.

Bottom line. Not a grave issue, just thought to ask if anyone could think of a logical explanation.

Jack W, something regarding the crop tool. I found out, but thanks for asking.

This was such a clean example; one good (as in accessible), one not.

First one “not authorized”, second ok. Same in two browsers. If not logged in the first post prompts for login, the second does not require one.

Would be great to know the reason and if I can do anything to access these posts.

    Link to search.
