Regenerating Session Thumbnails

I've got my session in a state that images show properly in the viewer, with the edits made, by selecting on the icon in the browser.
When I select the thumbnail, it shows in the Browser. But unless I do more editing on the image in the Viewer, the thumbnail is not persistent.
How to  I regenerate all the thumbnails of images in the Browser?

    In each folder in the session there is a CaptureOne folder .. inside the CaptureOne folder is a Cache folder. You can delete the Cache folder. That delete all the thumbnails and proxies (previews). CO will recreate them. Only delete the Cache folder. The Settings folder has all the adjustments, metadata, etc.
