    Are you logged into your C1 account? And what exactly do you want to do?

    I have a new MacBook. To activate it, I wanted to look at my order history in my CO profile to copy the license key from it. This opens a new window with the title "Account management" and the following prompt "Please enter the e-mail address associated with this account:".

    I have already done this several times, but receive no response.

    I hope I understand this correctly: So, you are logged in to your C1 account (?) and then click on Bestellhistorie? However, the licence number can be found in Verwaltung von Plänen und Dienstleistungen, there are the purchased or subscribed licences listed.

    If you are asked for your e-mail address to open the order history, I can imagine that you used a different e-mail address on purchase of the software than the one you used to create your C1 account. Only a support ticket will help to solve this.
