Removing counter from output filename

I have a series of portraits named FirstName_LastName-CameraCounter. I would like to export the files into folders using the filenames minus the counter, i.e. FirstName_LastName. Is there a way to modify the token to essentially remove the last 5 digits (that are the camera counter) or another way to solve this problem? I used the "Name" field during capture to name the files but don't see a "Name" token for subfolder naming.
