Cursor

Can we get a caps lock version of the level tool? The level tool cursor is asymmetric and bulky, and it is impossible to determine the center of the tool. Having a caps lock option to turn the tool into a crosshair would add precision.

Also, when I get a notification that a session needs to be upgraded, on a multiple monitor Win 10 64-bit environment, the notification will appear not on the main monitor, where C1 is being used, but rather it appears wherever the mouse cursor happens to be - and not only that, but the notification window often "hides" behind open windows, like file explorer, making the user wonder why the session isn't loading. The splash screen at startup also follows the mouse, and not the same monitor as C1 uses. It's very strange.
