toggling through Cursor tools

Hello!

I have a question about using shift and the cursor tools hot key..

Mine seems to work for some but not others.. i.e. i can scroll through the different rotate modes, or keystone modes, but not the brushes. Is this normal?

Would love to be able to scroll between regular selection brush and the new AI one!
