Tethering
Hey,
I shoot with a canon R5 and Fujifilm GFX 50S II and with both cameras I've the same problem.
After (about) half a day the connection get lost and don't reconnect. Even when I reboot C1.
All systems have the newest Firmware. Maybe it helps when I say, that the display of the canon shows "busy" when I tried to connect.
When I remove both cards from the canon, C1 connect. I checked the cards already but same problem with different cards...and the same with the Fuji.
It's a bit annoying to stand in front of the client and to tell them, that C1 doesn't work anymore.
Maybe you have a solution.
Thanks & greets
Hendrik

Same here. Also read about the issue in other threads. Our solution at the moment is downgrading C1 to somewhat older version of C1 23.

Same thing happened to me today. Shot most of the day fine and then completely stopped tethering. Tried 5 different cords, changing batteries, turning on/off, but no luck getting it to recognize the camera. Using a canon R3.

In my case none of those issues occurred. Camera was not overheating. Laptop (MBP) was fine (plugged in and not on battery and no problems functioning otherwise). Cards not even close to full. Was tethering with cable and not wifi. I also tethered the following day and had no issues that time. Same setup. Same number of hours shooting.
