  I think that it can import HEIF files from an iPhone but not from other cameras.

  I don't mean any iPhones. How can i import HEIF/HEIC from Sony oder the new Fuji?

  I know you don't mean any iPhones. I'm just saying that as far as I am aware, it can't deal with any HEIF/HEIC images apart from iPhone ones. So as things stand at the moment, unless anyone knows different, it seems to me that the answer to your question is that you can't.
