Search for Status

I transferred to CO from Apple's Aperture world, which had a VERY useful search feature:

I could search based on file (photo) status: Original file is off-line, View-only icon, Appearance Warning icon, Read-Only Icon, etc

It would be very useful to search my vast catalog to find the photos with these problems so I could attempt to fix them.
