Memory card tethering with Canon

Hi there, 

im having an issue with my canon R5 and R6 where capture one only tethers once the cards are removed ?

is there a work around for this ?

    where would i find that 

    under the tether tab - camera settings it defaults to SD + capture one 

    should i be doing anything else ?

    thomas story - tell us more than that! Which camera is it in your case - the R5, the R6, or something else? What version of Capture One are you using and what operating system version?
