IPAD - Tethering - Max. length cable ?

Hi,
I'm looking for a TetherTools Cable for Ipad. (non pro version).
I saw on recommandation max. length 3m.
This kind of cable is doesn't existe. only 90cm or 4.6meters.

So, with a Tethertools cable 4.6meters.

• Is the cable USB c (camera) to USB A (Ipad 9 or 10 + dongle adaptator apple) is working ?
• Is it possible to use my USB C to USB C + adaptator USBC to USB A ?
