You need to up your game. No one need to buy your software if they can't get upgrade for a year of major features.

Your newest version only has limited new features. Such as subject selection. Luminar Neo has this and generative for a meagre sum for a year. Not to mention it comes with a bunch of presets.  Lightroom and Photoshop has subject selection and generative AI for too long.  You are behind. You also treat new perpetual license owners with contempt. If they bough in August and your new version comes out in Nov, they are left behind.  You need to get your marketing back to ground zero and look at the mess you created with your subs model.  No one goes on sub unless you have new features every month or so.  It's very dissapointing for your current supporters to have to move back to Lightroom just becos you don't have the right attitude to treat your core clients with some respect.  Most of them moved from Lightroom becos of subs.  And if remove all benefits from yearly perpetual upgrades, your core clients will move back to Lightroom.
