Strange problem when importing images
I have just bought the full version of Capture One. When I import photos from an SD card, they appear in very low resolution. Also, they are not affected by any edits - but the thumbnails in the browser are.
Here's a screenshot to explain what I mean. I've pulled the exposure slider far to the right - only the thumbnail is affected. You can also see that the image I'm working on is in very low resolution.
I have made sure that previews are in full resolution (3840 pixels, same as my screen). What am I doing wrong here? Grateful for suggestions, since I'm not getting anywhere on my own.

I had same problem one time. Restarting Capture One fixed it. I think it’s related with hardware acceleration in some way.

Restarting doesn't help. I've also uninstalled Capture One, deleted all the catalog folders, restarted my computer and reinstalled Captue One. Still the same problem.
I've watched the introduction video on how to import images, and as far as I can tell, I'm doing exactly the same things as the guy in the video. What should I do next?0 -
Uninstalling software removes it from application/program files folders but settings and other configuration files are kept in different locations. Often times corrupted configuration files can cause issues like this. I remember I had to manually remove hardware acceleration configuration files on rare occasions. Try to find folder called „image core”. Read this support article to find it:

Thank you for your suggestion! I will try this.
I have also written to Capture One support, and will update this discussion if they solve the problem.0 -
No progress so far; I'm still having the same problem. Do you have any other suggestions?
