16.3.5 subscription doesn’t recognize me (Windows 11)
I have the subscription to 16.3 but when I installed 16.3.5 it said I had the trial version. I couldn’t find anywhere to type in my license key. I’m Windows 11

If it thinks you have the trial version, you may need to deactivate the trial, then reactivate it with your 16.3 licence key.
Find Licence... in the menus (sorry, I'm not sure which menu it is on for the Windows version). Choose Deactivate, close Capture One, then when you open it again, it should ask you for the licence key.
