Using Sony multi-shot with Capture One

What is the best way to incorporate Sony multi-shot (both 4 and 16-shot) into Capture One? The Sony files have to be processed in Imaging Edge to create the single, combined image. Is there a way to do further processing in Capture One or should the Capture One work be done first?
