Set end date for sharing collectionscand filter by comments

Greeting all. 

I'm using Capture 16.3.3.6 and sharing 3 different jobs with clients. How can I set and end date (5days,1 week) for the clients to view? going through each sharing collection after a certain amount of day and stop sharing is tedious. Also is there a way to filter by comments?
