Cloned variants missing from smart albums

I'm encountering an issue creating cloned variants in C1 16.3.5 on a M1 MacBook Pro running MacOS 14.3.1. Newly created variants are missing from smart albums even though they meet the conditions to be included. The only way to get the cloned variants to appear is to delete and recreate the smart album. Has anyone noticed the same behaviour?

    I do have exactly the same problem on my M1 MacBook Pro, running C1 16.4.3.15 on Mac OS 14.5. Seems to be a bug in C1.

    At least I can stop trying to find out what I made wrong now...

    Interesting that you're still seeing this issue Thomas. It was fixed for me in 16.4.3.15. You may want to submit a support ticket to see if they can help you track down the issue.

    I gave it another try with a newly created smart album after restarting the session in version 16.4.3.15, and yes, it seems to work now (maybe it was the restart of C1 after saving the session with the new version?). Thanks a lot for your comment Paul!
