Images Turning Green and Orientating to Landscape When Selected.

When I select images, the image itself, not just the preview, appears as the green channel only, and rotates itself to landscape orientation. As I select more images, more and more of them become infected with this green condition. If I go into color and adjust the while balance then they snap back to a regular state, but the next image I click will (often) turn green and rotate. 

I have heard of this from others, but can't find a solution online at this time.

Any ideas?
