Can't pay. Zip Code Error.

Hi,

I'm trying to buy a Capture One Pro Perpetual Licence and in the moment to pay, there is an error in the zip code. Why?  this is the first time I'm watching this kind of error. My zip code start with two letters...

 

Please, help me.

    Perhaps it thinks you are in a different country from the one you are actually in?

    I'm in the UK :  my Zip Code:   two letters + three numbers + two letters

    Then I would assume you should see British pounds, not dollar. Do you connect to internet using a VPN?

    Yes I thought you might be in the UK. (I am too.) But we don't have "zip" codes, we have postcodes. And we don't use dollars, we use pounds. Which is why I thought that maybe the system has you down as being in the wrong country. I'd expect to be able to pay in pounds and enter a postcode not a zip code.
