Printing Problem - top of image is printed at the bottom of the page

Yet another issue with C1.  I've had this problem in the past and now remember why I export my files to Lightroom to print them.  In short, the printing module in C1 is poor, especially compared to lightroom.  I've found for larger images (this is a 30"x45"), C1 amazingly cuts of the bottom of the image and replaces it with the top of the image.  Add that to a lack of editing history and difficulty organizing/finding images in C1, and any advantage this software has quickly goes away because of the difficulty to use.  The purpose of the post is to tell C1 I've given up fighting with their print module and simply use LR.

    This looks like a hardware acceleration issue.

    So how do you fix it?  I never have this issue printing in LR, only CR.  Any help is appreciated.

    In app settings try disabling acceleration for processing. Are you on Windows or macOS? If Windows then check that your graphics drivers are current. You also may need to rebuild the image core acceleration engine. There is a support article on how to force CO to rebuild the graphics acceleration engine.
