PROBLEM WITH BLURRY PHOTOS | UPLOADING

Hi, I'm a photographer and I have an urgent problem to resolve and it is the first happened. When I upload the photos, they come through blurry. (attached the screenshots) The photos are from a Leica 2, this has never happened before. I think there is a problem with the downloading. This problem just started happening this week, in the past the photos would upload fine and very quick with my Leica 2. My Mac is very powerful, Apple M2 Max 32gb. 

I would appreciate any help. please let me know.

    I experienced a problem with blurry photos when I uploaded photos to Capture One Pro for Mac.  I used a Fujifilm X-S20 camera and a Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8 lens for x mount.  When I uploaded the photos to Capture One they were blurry.  If I magnified the images they clear up until they return to their normal magnification.  I also noticed that Capture One does not generate a histogram and provides no data for the levels and curve image adjustments. Image adjustments do not generate any image changes on the image itself.  If anyone has found a solution to this problem, I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide.
