Not all images downloaded from cloud
I have 42 images in a cloud album but only 14 are downloaded to a session? How do I get the rest down?? is this a bug??

How are you attempting to download them? Are they all the same kind of image? Are they all from supported cameras?

Hi Ian. The images are 14bit Nef files generated from Z9 - Batches of 3 for HDR merge. They have been uploaded to Mobile cloud via CP for Ipad. So downloading from CP cloud into an empty session

Are you sure the iPad finished uploading the images?

Good evening,
I've updated to Capture One 16.3.7 and this issue still persists.
I have two albums uploaded to CO Mobile cloud via Ipad Mini (which CO for iPad says that are fully uploaded) and, when I download those albums to CO in my Mac, only a small fraction of the photos are downloaded.
Do we have an expected date for the fix?

I raised the same chase of CP support and this is their reply today:
The work is in progress.
As a temporary workaround, you can roll back to 16.3.3 while we're looking into this.Kind regards,
