Tethered - Live view remote camera shutter control
I was sold on Capture One after watching countless tethering videos, and now the days are ticking down on my months free trial. I have always found Lightroom and Photoshop hard work, and seem to fall back on GIMP and Picasa a lot. However I seem to get on fine with Capture One to process my work, but the tethering seems to not work for me. I have asked for help on this with no responce, and the training videos would be fine if I were to shoot bottles, jars and food which I don't.
Perhaps I am asking too much, at my age I tend to shoot self-portrait boudoir and glamour a lot, so need to trigger my Nikon D7100 remotely via Yongnuo RF603N II triggers, after a few days trying to work this out with Capture One, I have reverted back to Lightroom Classic only to find the same problem, that being that in Live View my camera shutter is disabled along with the remote.
I feel sure I have done this in the past with Lightroom Classic and qDslr-dashboard, (via WiFi which chapter one dose not offer for my D7100 WU-1a wi-fi.) this particular tethering softwear has a time delay built in, so it can be triggered from the live view screen,
If I use my D7100 Live view, un-tethered in manual, my shutter fires fine, so why will it not work with Capture One, Can anyone please advise as to how I can over come this problem. I have also just updated the firmware on my D7100 from 1.04 to the latest 1.05 as Nikon say this a fix for live view problems but this did not fix the issue.
