How to make a feature request and give us your feedback in general

Hello everyone,

I am happy to announce that feature requests and camera/lens requests portal is now live are now hosted on Aha.io - and can be accessed here.

As a result of this, it is no longer possible to create posts in "Improve Capture One", "Improve Capture One mobile" and "Request camera support" – the topics will soon be removed, as all requests have been migrated over to the new platform.

You do not need to create an aha.io account and you will be able to sign-in with your Capture One credentials (you will be redirected upon signing in to a Capture One log in page) 

Please note that this will display the name that is used in your Capture One profile - if you don't wish this to be shown, then please consider changing the name in your Capture One profile. We are looking at alternative solutions to this, but it simply follows regular SSO behavior.

All you need to do to create a new feature or camera/lens request is click the button highlighted below. Follow the dropdown menus thereafter, to ensure that your request goes into the right category (feature request, camera/lens request and also whether it is for Capture One Pro or Capture One mobile)

With that said, there will of course be some hiccups – so please keep us informed on this post, or drop me a tag on aha.io where appropriate.

I hope it's a more pleasing experience overall and that it above all, leads to more of your feedback being considered in the development of Capture One.
