How to import into a catalog using a structured filesystem?

Hello,
I'm running C1 Version 16.3.6 on Apple Ventura 13.6.5.
I'm newbie to C1 and have difficulties importing pictures the way I did in Apple Aperture:

- I'm creating a new project in the catalogue-structure like: 2024/NewProjectName
- I want to import the pics into a filesystem on my server: Server://Fotoarchiv/2024/[picturemonth(mm)]/[pictureday(dd)]_NewProjectName/NewProjectName_[Counter2digits]

I successfully created the month & day-folder.
But: 
I can't rename the picture while importing. I the import-config there is not 2-digit-counter
I always get a separate folder named "EmptyName". How do I prevent this?
