the tif files looks 1-1.5 f stop darker in photoshop

the exported Tif files look more than one f-stop darker in Photoshop and have a much stronger contrast than in capture one. I take photos with an iQ80 cable back. The rgb output profile in capture one is the same as in photoshop, the monitor is calibrated i use the latest version of capture one and photoshop. What else do I need to consider? It is very difficult to create correct images.
