Hi, I updated to the recent version of Sonoma yesterday and now can’t access some of my sessions in Capture, and if I can access a session it’s painfully slow and glitchy. 

It's effectively rendered my working process ineffective - and I'm not sure what do going forward especially with my upcoming shoots.  Any advice would be hugely welcome!

  Did you check the Capture One 22 release notes? Sonoma is not officially supported.

  I regretfully didn't. What should I do now?  I work as an editorial photographer and have several pressing deadlines that are now almost impossible to complete!
