Save To SD/C1 setting for tethering reverts when camera is turned off

Hi all, just a quick question — I'm not sure if this is a known issue or not. I'm on Build 16.3.5.10 and Sonoma 14.4.1 but it's been happening for 3-4 months.

When I turn off my Canon R5 (tethered), and then turn the camera back on again, roughly 1 time out of 5, the setting to save to SD Card + Capture One reverts to just SD Card only in the Camera Settings section of my Tether panel. I've confirmed "Save to camera memory card and Capture One when tethering" and "ReTether" are both enabled in the Capture section of Capture One's settings as well. Anyone know why this happens and how to prevent it?
