Dark Complexion Subjects

I'd like to see a webinar that focuses on grading Black subjects, because there are some very sensitive issues around the grading of black and dark-complexioned skin, and how we go about this (realizing, however, that this isn't a socio-political space)--for instance, how to modify (if indeed we need to) the tools for non-Caucasian skin; respecting darkness issues; and what corrections we can do to blemishes within C1 before requiring the pixel-based detail in PS.
