Moving iPad session over to the Mac.
I did my first job with the iPad. During the shoot, I tethered the camera to several different albums, made edits, and the client rated the images. I have been impressed with everything so far. The disappointment came when I got back to the studio and wanted to get everything off of the iPad. I understand that you can save everything as an EIP, retaining edits and ratings, but not all the albums that I made. Even if I use cloud transfer, I have to recreate everything on my desktop computer and reorganize things, which is not a simple task. Am I missing something here? Why can't I just export the entire session onto a hard drive and then just import it onto my Mac? Is there a simple export of everything on the roadmap? Without it, I doubt that I will be using Capture One on the iPad for any more jobs.

I am currently testing out the iPad tethering setup as well. I got a USB-C stick (500mb/s, but you can also buy sticks up to 1tb with 1000mb/s) from "A-shop" and then I found an app that is called Sync Folders Pro. This application works more or less like ChronoSync on a desktop. Then when I connect the USB-C stick on my Macbook Pro, I edit directly off the usb-c stick and then re-plug it to the iPad and sync again. You just have to make sure to quit Capture One iPad app before each time that you sync, to avoid errors. I use bi-directional sync (A <-> B) in Sync Folders Pro, only because I want the changes in C1 desktop to also appear on the session when I open it back on the iPad.

You could also sync directly from C1 Mobile to Dropbox via Sync Folders Pro also. I haven't tested this yet but it would be good to try.
