Selects and Smart Folders

Hello all, 

I seem to have found a bug, or don't know how C1 works.   I have moved some images to the Selects folder AND I have a smart album based on keywords.  When I create a new variant OR clone a variant in the smart album, it does not show up in the smart album, but will show up in selects. 

Additionally, if I have an image in a smart album and THEN move it to Selects, it is no longer in the smart album.  

Can anyone set me straight on this?

    I just tested a session and can confirm the same behavior. This tells me Smart Albums only search the Capture folder. To further confirm this I added the Selects folder to Session Favorites. That did not change the behavior. I don't know if this is expected or is a bug.
