strange artifacts after exporting photo from capture one

I edited some photos from my ricoh gr3 and when i export the photos from capture one, it looks completely different than what it looks like in software. the first photo (the exported file in jpeg), has dark patchy shawdows on her face.  The second photo is the raw photo with some minor edits, screenshot taken within capture one.  Any idea why it's exporting so differently? I've never had this issue with my sony a7 cameras.
