Prebiew Issue with GPU Acceletarion

Hi! Unfortunately, I have a problem with previewing photos. When I start moving the sliders, strange artifacts appear in the photos and only disappear when I enlarge the photo, but they reappear when I keep moving the sliders. The problem is solved by turning off the graphics card support for previews, but I have good graphics cards to use them fully. Both Capture One and card drivers are up to date. This happens on both a laptop with an Nvidia Geforce RTX 3080 card and a desktop computer with an Nvidia Geforce RTX 4090 card. Do you have any solution for this problem?

    I have the same exact issue, rebuilding kernels does nothing, there is no entry like described in the registry for me to modify. I have tried everything that has been suggested to me but to no avail. This is driving me mad.
