upgrade to pro

I use capture one for Sony and haven't updated for a couple of years. I'm considering getting a Fuji camera so my understanding is I'll have to get the pro version now. If I do, can I also keep my current version, one for each camera or to have as a backup? I don't know if the pro version installs over the Sony version and replaces it or not . Thanks

    If you have the Pro version, then it will handle the Sony files. The only difference is that the Sony version ONLY handles Sony files. Other than that it is fully featured. Of course, if you update you will get extra new features that weren't there a couple of years ago. All the edits you did with your Sony version will be retained.
