My images are showing blurry when tethered. But on the same settings whilst not tethered they are great

    Can you provide more details?

    • What hardware and OS platform (Windows on ????, macOS on ????, iPad running ????)?
    • What OS version?
    • What version of Capture One?
    • What brand and model of camera, and what version of firmware?
    • What brand and length and type of tethering cable (eg. 3 meter Tethertools USB-C)?

    • What hardware and OS platform - Macbook Pro 2017, Processor - 2.3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5, Graphics - Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 1536 MB 
    • What OS version? - Ventura 13.1
    • What version of Capture One? - Studio Trial Build 16.4.3.15
    • What brand and model of camera, and what version of firmware? - Canon EOS 1200D not sure of the firmware sorry
    • What brand and length and type of tethering cable - the cable that came with a Canon EOS R

    Thanks for the help - I believe my laptop maybe too slow to deal with the application. It already struggles day to day with other things
