“Create as you want from any device” - a joke

Today in my mail account. A mail from Capture One: “Create as you want from any device” — “buy the Unlimited bundle.” My MacBook just broke down in the middle of my vacation. So, I was in urgent need of a iPad/mobile version for RAW development. I downloaded CO Mobile and it was a big surprise to me: It is not anywhere near to the Desktop version. No layers, no brushes, no masks at all, so I’m not able to create similar light focuses in Mobile compared to the Desktop version — especially when working with landscape, architecture, or even family snapshots, this is a huge loss!!! And you don’t even offer a roadmap or communication strategy, when which features will be implemented, what will be next. I’m really lost, where Capture One is headed. Then, today, I just receive an e-mail from you: “Create as you want from any device”!!! I can just laugh at that, although I am disappointed and angry. Even the RAW development of the apple Fotos app is better — plus, it is free!!! 5,49€ is really a joke for the COM app. And now you want me to buy the Unlimited bundle?!? This is just a big joke …!!! I’m really sorry. I’m really in love with the software and the results of Capture One. But focussing on tethering was the wrong strategy. At least for me. And looking at the feature requests for masking, brushes, etc. online, also to several others. You guys have lost me back to Lightroom again … . They are already offering that, even on a small mobile phone display … .
