If you want the adjustments "baked in" you have to export as something like a TIFF or JPEG. You can't bake them into a raw file, because Capture One (in common with other raw editors such as Adobe Lightroom) doesn't alter the original raw file, so that editing is non-destructive.

If your client has Capture One you can send them EIP files (a package including the raw file and the adjustments) but there is no way of doing that which doesn't allow them to see the unedited raw.

Yes, you can export Canon CR3 RAW files with adjustments baked in. Use Lightroom, Capture One, or Canon’s DPP to edit and export as TIFF or JPEG with adjustments included. Verify the final files to ensure they meet your needs. I’ve been using canadianwritings.com for a while now, and it has been a great experience. The quality of their papers is top-notch, and they always follow my instructions perfectly. As a student with a busy schedule, this service has been a huge help in managing my workload. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional writing assistance. Their support team is also very responsive, which makes the whole process easy.
