old version

Hi

 

I purchased COP outright years ago now. My mac has died and I need the same version of the software for my new computer. How can I redownload the older version from you?

  Just log on to the Capture One website, go to the Downloads page, and scroll down until you find the older versions. You can then download and install the appropriate version. You might want to deactivate the older installation. If your old computer is dead, and you can't deactivate from within the app, you can do that when you log in to your account too.

  Keep in mind that older versions of Capture One will not support current versions of macOS.

  Thanks for the info. If I decided to get a pc instead of a mac could I download the windows version and the same version I purchased?

  Yes, it isn't limited to one platform or the other.
