Live View Focus Issue - Nikon

Nikon Z8 on a Mac Studio latest OS, latest C1 version. 

AF works and manual focus large and fine adjustments work (triple/double arrows), but the ultra fine adjustment (single arrow) has no effect. The ultra fine adjustment works when using NX Tether & Helicon Remote, just not in Capture One. Has anyone else seen this issue and been able to solve it?

And a couple other questions while I'm here, is there any way in C1 to adjust the distance of the manual focus steps similar to Helicon Remotes "Size of Focus Step" setting? 

And why is the Live View image constantly changing size at different zoom levels? Is there any way set this up so the view is more consistent across the zoom levels?
