Is Leica M10-P supported?
I have a Leica M10-P. The "supported cameras" list shows the standard M10 is supported, but omits the M10-P. However, both the standard M11 and M11-P are listed as supported. My question is whether the M10-P is adequately supported in the current version.
I'm currently using a "perpetual" licensed c. 4 year-old Capture One version 20. My M10-P files seem to be handled properly. I do remember that with a version older than version 20, the M10-P colors appeared slightly wrong using the standard M10 profile. I had to do something special to make the M10-P colors work properly. I no longer remember what I did. Whatever it was, it no longer appears necessary with version 20.
Before I shell out $299 US for an upgrade, I just want to be sure that Capture One 23 (aka 16.x) will work properly with my M10-P files. I'd also like to know if the current build is reasonably stable, particularly regarding the "AI" masking. I will not subscribe. I plan to get another perpetual license and use it for at least 2 years. Is this a good time to do that?

Open a support case. Only Capture One can provide a definitive answer.

Thanks, Walter. I don't think the new .io group is the right place, as I'm not requesting support for my camera so much as asking if it exists, or if Capture One believes that the standard M10 profile is "good enough." Also, it's not encouraging that there are several lens requests that are 3 months old that are "awaiting review." It's not very useful If the staff is stretched so thin that they haven't even looked at requests for that long.
Last night, I went to this page: https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and entered a support case under "Still need help? Reach out to us." Today, I checked my active requests, and this case does not show up, but one from several years ago does. Very frustrated, and I'm a retired IT professional.

You did what I suggested. That is a support case.

Well, it's been nearly a month, and no response. I've tried both a regular support case and an "idea" on the new camera/lens suggestion forum. Can't they answer a simple yes/no question?j

Thank you, I will check it and if I still want to know more, I will ask by starting my own thread. I hope you won't mind.
