every time before starting capture one I have to type in the verification code

I have a Macbook M1 13 from 2020, have completed the monthly subscription for Capture one pro and installed the app,
now I have the problem that every time I close the program after I'm done,
I have to enter the verification code again and before being redirected to a Capture one website. 
That's annoying and shouldn't be like that. Can someone help me solve the problem?
