C-1 is importing duplicates

I haven't upgraded yet, I'm still on ver. 21 for Sony. C-1 couldn't find the images in my camera to import until I unchecked exclude duplicates, since there weren't any duplicates in my camera anyway. Then it imported 2 of most (but not all) of my images. What happened? Unless my camera is suddenly taking 2 of each image but I don't think so. Thanks for any answers.

Another question - it suddenly stopped automatic lens correction on import. I checked the lens tool but disable lens correction is not checked. Any ideas? Thanks again!
