Issue signing for Capture One Certificate

Has anyone been able to signup for the Capture One Certificate program.  When I try to do it, their sign up process just says that I can't use the my email.  And this is the same email that I have been using with Capture one for years.  I don't understand.

    I am having similar issues. I try to enroll and it kicks me back to the main page for capture one.

    This happens if you are already using that email. There's a little button that says log in when it asks for your email for verification, click that!
