Perspective correction "little window" disappears when cursor enters on it

Hi, 

 

When I right click on a screen using perspective correction tool it opens little screen, where I can change some settings like vertical, horizontal, both, it's "range" and of "auto" button. Until this point everything works as always, but recently I have noticed, that, when I try to enter this window (without even clicking anything) it disappears. I can of course right click again to show up, but whenever cursor "touches" window it disappears. Anyone else have similar problem?

I tried to restart program, computer and this still occurs. 

My CO version is 16.3.8.23, system OS Ventura 13.7, iMac 2019
