It doesn't update me to the Max eligible version: 16.5

I download the latest version which I have licensed and it does not update it. It is installed but when I start the program it does not open the catalogs because it says that they are made in a higher version (I don't understand it) I leave screenshots of the version that appears after installing and the version that I want to install

    The latest application is installed as "Capture One Pro" with no version number. Make sure you are starting the right app, and that any dock icons are pointing to the right version.
