EIP files exported from iPad show no edits in Capture One Pro
Hey all. While away from home, I edited some shots taken while on the road, in Capture One for iPad on my iPad Pro. Today, when importing the exported EIP files into Capture One Pro on my Mac, the files show no edits. I'm using the latest version of the Mobile app (version 2.6.1), but a previous version (build 16.2.6.7) of the Pro app. That shouldn't be a problem though, right? Why are the edited EIPs showing no edits? This is quite frustrating.

I'm experiencing the exact same issue - did you find a solution?

I upgraded my pro version to the latest version and it still wouldn't show the ipad edits, but if I download the "new" subscription version (still version 16) on a trial license it will show the edits...but I can't see any way to down grade my EIPs to work with my Pro license (non subscription). Just a money grab from Capture One.
Meanwhile my IPad capture one struggled to import or export images and is simply glitchy when working. I guess I'll re-edit the photos to avoid being locked into their subscription model until the software works better.0 -
Hi everyone! I'm facing the same issue. iPad mobile app version is the 2..6.3 (updated yesterday Nov. 15th) and my Mac Capture One Pro is the 15.4.3.4.

I posted my question to the Capture One subreddit, too. There, it became clear that it is essential that you are running the latest version of both the mobile and desktop apps. So either the very latest stand-alone version of Capture One Pro, or the fully updated subscription version.
I have caved in and subscribed to the All in One package since learning about this all, and now everything works as intended.

Glad you got it working!
Just out of interest I wondered if other people's experience on the iPad matched mine - it really struggles to import my Phase files and to export them - loads of error messages...0
